GETTING STRONG & EATING Right

1 Month Package -£220

With one 1-2-1 sessions - £300

Kick Off Nutrition Consultation:

(for those who want some guidance, but don't want a full 3-month plan) 

·       Initial phone consultation

·       Discussion and development of nutrition goals, aligned with your training goals 

·       - Assessment of factors influencing your nutritional requirements

·       - Food diary analysis (you will be required to send a 3-5-day food diary 48 hours prior to the consultation)

·       - General nutrition recommendations, based on goals, food diary and training programme

Tailored 4 Week Training Programme

(for those who are ready to commit)

Every programme is built for you and I will work with you remotely to ensure that your training is as effective as a 1-2-1 session. I will build a programme that will help you reach your goals & I’ll advise you on when to train without making big changes to your day to day life. I will also require you to send me videos so I can analyse your lifts as this will allow me to give you constructive feedback on what changes may need to be made. This will help you to develop and progress your movement as my feedback will also help your form progress technically and it also insures me that you are lifting correctly when in the gym solo. 

 

I will also be working very closely and communicating with Sinead, your nutritionist, to ensure that you are being fuelled around your training sessions. This will also help me understand how you perform whilst working on your nutrition and body weight goals. We want you to progress in the safest, most efficient, and healthy way.

·       Personalised nutrition recommendation (updated as needed), including:

·       Calorie and macronutrients recommendation - by meal

·       Visual portion size guide + tailored recipes

·       Guidance on supplements 

·       Online account containing a summary of your goals, metrics, recommendations and chat function

·       Weekly check in with you via your online account (integrating nutrition related feedback based on your progress in training)

·       Optional food diary review as part of the weekly check in

·       Guaranteed within 24-hour response time for any questions
